General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) of PAMIRIA WEB LTD

1. Subject and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended to define the terms and conditions of sale of the services offered by PAMIRIA WEB LTD, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom, registered under number 15629796, via its website scan-fleet.com. By subscribing to a subscription on the site scan-fleet.com, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

2. Services

PAMIRIA WEB LTD offers the following services in the form of a monthly subscription:

  • Generation of vehicle history reports (unlimited).
  • Ordering of Crit'Air stickers (10 per month).
  • Simplified filling of the cerfas necessary for the sale of a vehicle (unlimited).
  • Tool for recovering and updating the administrative situation certificate.
  • Simulator of the cost of the registration certificate.

3. Subscription

L'abonnement est proposé au tarif de 29,99€ par mois après une période d'essai de 1,99€ pour 48 heures. L'abonnement est sans engagement et peut être résilié à tout moment sur simple demande ou directement depuis l'espace client.

4. Price and Payment

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. The subscription payment is made by credit card via a secure payment platform. The amount of the monthly subscription is automatically debited each month on the subscription anniversary date.

5. Delivery of Services

The services offered by PAMIRIA WEB LTD are delivered electronically via the site scan-fleet.com. History reports, Crit'Air stickers, cerfas and other documents are available directly in the customer area after the order has been validated.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must send an explicit request by email to the following address: support@scan-fleet.com.

7. Guarantees

PAMIRIA WEB LTD undertakes to provide services in accordance with the description on the site scan-fleet.com. In the event of non-compliance of the services, the customer may request a correction or, if this is not possible, the cancellation of the order and the refund of the sums paid.

8. Responsibility

PAMIRIA WEB LTD's liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control. In addition, PAMIRIA WEB LTD cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the services provided.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to English law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the English courts.
