Subscription Policy
1. Subscription Conditions
By subscribing to a subscription on the scan-fleet.com website, you accept these subscription conditions. The subscription allows access to the following services :
- Generation of vehicle history reports (unlimited)
- Ordering of Crit'Air stickers (10 per month).
- Simplified filling of the cerfas necessary for the sale of a vehicle (unlimited).
- Tool for recovering and updating the administrative situation certificate.
- Simulator of the cost of the registration certificate.
2. Trial Period
During your first subscription, you benefit from a 48-hour trial period at the rate of 1.29€. At the end of this trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at the monthly rate of 39€, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.
3. Monthly Debit
The subscription payment is made by credit card via a secure payment platform. The amount of the monthly subscription (39€) is automatically debited each month on the subscription anniversary date. In case of payment problem, we reserve the right to suspend access to services until the situation is regularized.
4. No Commitment
The subscription is without commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, either by sending us a request by email to support@scan-fleet.com, or directly from your customer area.
5. Automatic Renewal
Any order on the scan-fleet.com website implies the start of a subscription, which will automatically renew at the end of the 48-hour trial period, unless cancelled before the end of this period. By subscribing to a subscription, you expressly accept this automatic renewal.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge. Cancellation can be done in two ways:
- By email: send a cancellation request to support@scan-fleet.com.
- From your customer area: log in to your account on scan-fleet.com and follow the cancellation instructions.
The cancellation takes effect immediately and no amount will be debited from the following month after the cancellation request.
7. Subscription Policy Change
PAMIRIA WEB LTD reserves the right to modify this subscription policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, if necessary, you will be informed by email. We invite you to regularly check this page to stay informed of any updates.
